How to migrate from standard gmail to Google Apps

I want to migrate to a Google Apps Gmail account from standard myalias@gmail.com account. I want to have my emails and labels from my old gmail account transferred to my new Google Apps account. How can I do this? Answer:  Like you, I had downloaded messages to Outlook, then selected them all and forwarded them to my new address, but was disappointed when I found it zipped them all into one file I couldn't easily scan through them.  I am so excited - I found the best little program for this!
